Oliver’s Nannies started as an idea to help two busy parents find work-life balance between professional commitments and the joy of starting a family. When founders Kathy Livingston and her husband Sergio Mormile started to expand their family, they quickly realized that finding the right childcare that fit their needs and schedule was a challenge. Kathy, who always had a love for starting small businesses, saw an undeniable opportunity to make life easier for parents through high-quality, reliable childcare services.
Thus, Oliver’s Nannies was born. Kathy and Sergio are determined to provide families with accessible childcare and exceptional service. Oliver’s Nannies strongly believes in always having a team to call to manage your care, as well as employing a team of nannies with access to benefits. Every family is offered the safety and security of oversight, fully vetted nannies, and insurance to keep their home safe.
Oliver’s Nannies has been a proud care partner to families throughout Essex, Union, and Morris Counties, NJ since 2018. It has since expanded to more than 20 locations across the United States, providing families with high-quality care across the country. Inspired by our founder Kathy’s own ‘man’s best friend,’ who accompanied her throughout many life experiences. Oliver represents loyalty, trust, and connection. He always accepts you for who you are and with a wag of a tail lets you know that you are safe and loved.
